What is the URWERK Pre-Owned Guarantee?
Any URWERK bought from our official Pre-Owned, or Auction collection's are covered by a new Pre-Owned 2 year international warranty.
The warranty is only valid if the watch was purchased directly from the URWERK-SHOP. Also, all maintenance and repairs can only be completed by
URWERK or its authorized representatives.
Upon receiving your newly refurbished URWERK, a new warranty card will be supplied which must accompany the watch if a service/repair is ever needed.

What is the URWERK Ex-Demonstration Guarantee?
Any URWERK bought from our official Ex-Demo collection are covered by the same 2 year international warranty as our brand new watches, and is extendable to 4 years if you register the watch on our owners lodge, by click the link here > Owners Lodge
