What is the URWERK CERTIFIED PRE-OWNED Guarantee?
Any URWERK bought from our official Pre-Owned collection, or online Auctions are covered by a new Pre-Owned 2 year international warranty.
The warranty is only valid if the watch was purchased directly from the URWERK CERTIFIED website. Also, all maintenance and repairs can only be completed by
URWERK or its authorized representatives.
Upon receiving your newly refurbished URWERK, a new warranty card will be supplied which must accompany the watch if a service/repair is ever needed.

What is the URWERK Ex-Demonstration Guarantee?
Any URWERK bought from our official Ex-Demo collection are covered by the same 2 year international warranty as our brand new watches, and is extendable to 4 years if you register the watch on our owners lodge, by click the link here > Owners Lodge
